lululemon Launches E-Commerce in Mexico with lululemon.mx
lululemon has launched its e-commerce channel in Mexico with the opening of lululemon.mx, giving local shoppers direct online access to the brand’s full range of technical performance apparel, footwear, and accessories. The site carries men’s and women’s offerings across yoga, pilates, running, training, tennis, golf, and everyday movement categories.
The digital launch runs alongside a significant brick-and-mortar expansion. lululemon plans to open approximately eight new stores in Mexico during fiscal year 2026—part of a broader target of around 15 North America openings for the year—and expects to operate more than 30 locations in the market by the end of the fiscal year.
Community building has been a deliberate part of the Mexico push. The brand hosted the lululemon 10K CDMX 2026 race in Mexico City on March 29, drawing nearly 8,000 participants, and earlier in the year brought together more than 100 Mexico-based Ambassadors for a multi-day summit. The Ambassador network, anchored by partnerships with local athletes and fitness instructors, is the brand’s primary vehicle for embedding itself in local communities before and alongside its retail footprint.
With lululemon.mx now live, Mexican guests can shop the same premium assortment available in stores, with the combined digital and physical presence delivering the omnichannel experience the brand has been building across North America. The Mexico expansion is one of the cleaner examples of lululemon’s regional playbook in action: community activation, store growth, and digital access arriving together rather than in sequence.
